Ken has served on the boards of many professional civil engineering organizations and has been recognized by his peers many times for outstanding achievements and contributions to the field of engineering.  Ken was a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Iowa Transportation Museum. 

Ken now resides in Sigourney, Iowa with his wife Bev.

With great honor we recognize Ken Bucklin as a Hero of Industry and Technology for his years working with the Iowa Highway Commission and the Iowa Department of Transportation.
